Terms and Conditions

  1. Introduction
    These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the booking and participation in
    the Hathaletics Longevity Retreat (“Retreat”) organized by Hathaletics,
    LLC    (“Hathaletics,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By reserving a place at the Retreat, you
    (“Participant,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms in full.
  2. Booking & Deposit
    A non-refundable deposit (amount specified at the time of booking) is required to secure your place at the Retreat.
    The remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified in your confirmation email or invoice.
    Failure to make timely payments may result in the forfeiture of your booking and deposit.
  3. Pricing & Inclusions
    The Retreat price includes only those items expressly listed in the Retreat description (e.g., accommodation, meals, workshops, and scheduled activities).
    All other expenses — including but not limited to airfare, transportation to/from the venue, insurance, personal expenses, and optional excursions — are the Participant’s responsibility.
  4. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations by Participant
      • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances
      • If you cancel your participation after full payment, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including, but not limited to:
      • Travel disruptions (e.g., flight delays or cancellations)
      • Illness, injury, or medical conditions (including COVID-19 or other communicable diseases)
      • Natural disasters, border closures, government restrictions, or acts of God
      • Changes of mind, personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts
      • Late arrival, early departure, or failure to attend
    • Once registered, your payment confirms your commitment to attend, and all funds are allocated toward retreat expenses.
  5. Force Majeure
    Hathaletics shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, war, terrorism, labor disputes, strikes, government restrictions, travel bans, civil disturbances, weather conditions, or any other events that make the operation of the Retreat impracticable (“Force Majeure Event”).
    In such circumstances, Hathaletics reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel the Retreat.
    If the Retreat is canceled due to a Force Majeure Event, Hathaletics will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event or offer participants a credit toward a future retreat. Refunds in these cases are not guaranteed.
  6. Health & Safety
    Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically, physically, and emotionally fit to participate in all retreat activities. Hathaletics reserves the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed unfit or who may jeopardize the health, safety, or enjoyment of others.
    Hathaletics LLC are not responsible for any illness, allergic reactions, diseases, injuries, or medical emergencies that may occur before, during, or after the retreat. Participants should seek appropriate medical advice prior to travel.
    Participation in yoga, movement practices, excursions, and other retreat activities is voluntary and at your own risk. You acknowledge that these activities may carry inherent risks and accept full responsibility for your participation.
    All participants are expected to:
    • Treat all guests, staff, and local communities with kindness and respect
    • Respect shared spaces and quiet hours
    • Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior
    • Consume alcohol (if applicable) responsibly and in moderation

      Hathaletics LLC reserves the right to remove any participant from the retreat without refund if their behavior is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or detrimental to the experience of others.
  7. Travel & Insurance
    Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive travel insurance, including coverage for medical emergencies, trip cancellations, and Force Majeure events. Hathaletics is not responsible for any losses or damages arising from travel disruptions or personal health issues.
    Hathaletics LLC is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings, including luggage, electronics, or valuables. Please keep your possessions secure and consider appropriate insurance coverage for your items.
  8. Liability Waiver
    Participation in the Retreat is voluntary, and all activities are undertaken at the Participant’s own risk. Hathaletics, its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injury, illness, loss, or damage to person or property arising from participation in the Retreat.
    By participating in a Hathaletics LLC retreat, you grant full and irrevocable permission to Hathaletics LLC to capture, use, and publish photographs, video, or other media featuring you during retreat activities. These materials may be used for marketing, social media, promotional, and commercial purposes in any format, worldwide, and in perpetuity, without compensation or further approval. Participation in the retreat constitutes consent to this release. By booking, you agree that media capture is a standard part of the retreat experience and cannot be declined.
  9. Governing Law
    These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New London County, Connecticut, USA.
  10. Acceptance
    By submitting your booking and payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions in full.
